I had back pain for a long time, so I decided to try practicing yoga in 2012, hoped that can help relieving my back pain. I tried different kind of yoga, and I fell in love in Bikram Yoga, I practiced almost everyday. A few months later, I noticed that I don't have my back pain anymore. I was so surprised by Bikram yoga's super power, I want to share that power with other people, so I went to the teacher training 2015 fall. I made it, just like what Bikram said,"it is never too late, never too old, never too sick to start from scratch once again"!
