I first discovered Bikram yoga in 2006.  Initially I was looking for something calm my mind and ease my anxiety.  It was not at all what I expected, but it was exactly what I needed.  When I started, I was out of shape physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.  Gradually this yoga helped me heal.  It wasn't easy and it didn't happen over night, but it did happen.  I kept showing up on my mat and my life kept getting better. As I got to know myself, my true Self, there was a newfound feeling of connectedness and purpose.

I went to Bikram Teacher Training in the fall of 2007. In the following years, I’ve taught at various studios throughout the Bay Area.  I feel blessed to be a part of this spirited community and to watch others heal and grow through this practice.
