11/17/17 - UPDATE - We are thrilled that we will be able to open Saturday, November 18. Please note that our new rubber flooring has an odor and needs a few more days to off gas, but we would rather give you the option to practice. Also we have updated our heating system and we will be working through the kinks for the next few days.
11/15/17 - UPDATE - Our flooring finally arrived after extended delays, and we hope to open Saturday morning.
11/11/17 - UPDATE - We have had to extend the closure beyond today. We hope to open mid-next week. We will keep you informed.
We're changing the flooring, updating our lighting, and giving the whole studio a fresh coat of paint as we continue on this new chapter as Bomitra Yoga Mountain View! Keep up to date by following us on social media and subscribing to our newsletter. We will let you know an exact re-open date as we get closer in the renovations, but it should take approximately one week.

Bikram yoga class includes demos and tips and is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced students! Room will be heated.
26 & 2 Series Clinic: 12:30pm, $65
- This workshop is designed to help you see your body and the postures as your teachers do so you can self-correct your alignment and achieve your wellness goals.
- Multimedia and interactive workshop will include photo and live demonstration, lecture on anatomy and alignment, posture breakdown, demonstrations and more to help you understand the why and the how of each of the 26 & 2 series postures.

Friday April 28th
Join International Asana Champion Zeb Homison for a special event on April 28th. Zeb's Level II is a new way to approach your practice, taking the traditional Bikram series to the next level. The event will cover 52 postures from the traditional 84 asanas including:
Arm balances: Peacock and Crow
Inversions: Headstand and Shoulderstand
Backbends: Pigeon and Dancer

Developed from the Ghosh lineage, this Intermediate Series is an expansion of the traditional beginner level 26+2 practice to include foundational arm balancing, inversions and deeper hip opening postures.
This workshop is designed to give students a peek into how they can progress their practice of breath and body control into more advanced asanas.
This 2 hour class will be directed towards a basic vinyasa practice, great for beginners, and for those who would like more self awareness. Class will begin by grounding the body with breath work and a light meditation. Moving forward, you will gently work into the connective tissue of the body (fascia) with simple yoga therapeutic movements. Then, you will begin to create internal heat, picking up the pace with a gentle Vinyasa flow that will be focused on foundation and structure. With breath, you will gradually and methodically work into the depth of each pose, creating energy, and cultivating a space that allows you to have the freedom to feel and learn more of your body's natural range of motion, within your own correct alignment.
Class will be done in low heat
