Hatha Intermediate Class
Using the familiar 26+2 series as a touchstone, you will explore additional asanas, including backbends, inversions, arm balances and more.
Come to learn, grow, challenge, and inspire your practice!
Recommended for students with 6+ months regular yoga practice.
Dustin completed Bikram's Teacher Training in Spring of 2015, and has over 500 additional hours certification in Hatha/Vinyasa training. He has been traveling and teaching all over the world for the past four years. But the only honest answer to the question of how long he has been teaching/practicing yoga is "not long enough". It's one of the many beautiful things that keeps him in love with and passionate about what he does--the revelations are constant and unending. He credits his yoga practice with saving his life after a nearly fatal accident in 2013, and teaches from a place of love, compassion, and emphasis on alignment, breath, and curiosity.

USA Yoga Championships Informational Meeting
Join Cynthia for an informal session as she talks about the upcoming 2019 USA Yoga season. She is the 2007 World Yoga Champion and has spent the last 9 years coaching yoga athletes and judging championships.

Heart Centered Yin Workshop with Kris
Please join Kris for a peaceful, calming, Heart-Centered Yin Workshop.
During this workshop, you will gently hold stretches, while diving into and exploring your deepest heartfelt Selves. Kris will be sharing loving quotes from her favorite teachers and visionaries.

Kris Damico is a former fire fighter paramedic who began practicing Bikram yoga in 1998 to relieve stress, heal her body and stretch on a deeper level. Once she started she never stopped. She completed the 500 hour Bikram Yoga Training in June 2001 and has been teaching ever since. She has taught in many cities throughout the United States and makes her home in Cupertino, CA. Kris has a diverse yoga background having studied with many masters in the practice of Bikram, Vinyasa, Yin and Iyengar. Other certifications include Vinyasa Flow from White Lotus Foundation, Baptiste Power yoga and Yin Yoga. Kris continues to learn and grow through her own personal practice, keeping classes fresh and creative. She is a certified Nutritionist and loves to empower and inspire others to be at their best. When she’s not on her yoga mat, she’s out riding bikes or hiking in the forest.

All donations collected for this class will be given to the Ecumenical Hunger Program - a local, non-profit organization that provides compassionate, dignified and practical assistance to families and individuals experiencing economic and personal hardship.
The class is a regular 90-minute Bikram Yoga class set to Jamie's playlist.
