This 2 hour class will be directed towards a basic vinyasa practice, great for beginners, and for those who would like more self awareness. Class will begin by grounding the body with breath work and a light meditation. Moving forward, you will gently work into the connective tissue of the body (fascia) with simple yoga therapeutic movements. Then, you will begin to create internal heat, picking up the pace with a gentle Vinyasa flow that will be focused on foundation and structure. With breath, you will gradually and methodically work into the depth of each pose, creating energy, and cultivating a space that allows you to have the freedom to feel and learn more of your body's natural range of motion, within your own correct alignment.
Class will be done in low heat
