During this workshop, you will gently hold stretches, while diving into and exploring your deepest heartfelt Selves. Kris will be sharing loving quotes from her favorite teachers and visionaries.

 Kris Damico is a former fire fighter paramedic who began practicing Bikram yoga in 1998 to relieve stress, heal her body and stretch on a deeper level. Once she started she never stopped. She completed the 500 hour Bikram Yoga Training in June 2001 and has been teaching ever since. She has taught in many cities throughout the United States and makes her home in Cupertino, CA. Kris has a diverse yoga background having studied with many masters in the practice of Bikram, Vinyasa, Yin and Iyengar. Other certifications include Vinyasa Flow from White Lotus Foundation, Baptiste Power yoga and Yin Yoga. Kris continues to learn and grow through her own personal practice, keeping classes fresh and creative. She is a certified Nutritionist and loves to empower and inspire others to be at their best. When she’s not on her yoga mat, she’s out riding bikes or hiking in the forest.
