After years of punishing long distance running, I took up Bikram Yoga to stay fit and active in a more forgiving way.  I loved the heat and intensity of Bikram, which is fundamental to any class.  I went to Bikram Teacher Training in the Spring of 2010, and teach at Stanford University and various studios all over the SF Bay Area. I thrill at sharing my knowledge of the yoga with students and seeing the transformative power of the practice in others
