I first practiced Bikram Yoga for fitness reason in August 2013. After 6 months, I got an unexpected benefit: my allergic rhinitis was significant reduced. I don’t have to take medication daily no more. The heat helps a lot. For me, Bikram Yoga is a challenge. Each class has always been a personal struggle against myself. It’s never been easy but every second I stay in the class is worth it.  It strengthens not only my body but also my mind. I decided to take it to the next level by taking the Teacher Training Spring 2015 in Thailand. I now enjoy teaching, practising and inspiring people everyday.
