I've been practicing Bikram yoga regularly since September 2005 and teaching full time since graduating from teacher training in 2010 (San Diego Fall 2010). I love the practice and I am amazed how even after all these years I still learn something new every day. I teach from my heart and do my best to provide clear, direct instruction every class. New students are always welcome to my class regardless of age, experience or level of fitness. When you practice on a consistent basis you will get better if you are willing to put in the effort. It's not easy, but it IS worth it.
