In the Spring of 2011, I was practicing Vinyasa yoga, and wanted to add another yoga style. One Saturday night, on the way to the movies, I passed a yoga studio and paused to check it out…

“Oh, Bikram . . . ” I said, disappointed. I had only heard negative things! Except, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. By Tuesday morning 10:00 am I was in my first class. By Saturday 4:00 pm, I had completed my first double. I LOVED IT! More than that, I instantly recognized Bikram Yoga as the key I had been looking for to physical, mental, emotional, spiritual health. The possibility, the reality of total health for everyone! I never looked back!
